Eftersom kontrollen av dina studier sker retroaktivt kommer du inte behöva flytta ut direkt efter att du har avslutat dina studier eller ej uppnått studiekraven. Nedan kommer några exempel på detta.
- Alltså om du ej skulle klara studierna för ex HT20 skulle detta inte kontrolleras förrän i februari år 2021 vilket medför eventuell utflytt runt maj-juni år 2021. För vidare förklaring, se Figur 1.
- Om du inte skulle klara dina studier under VT21 skulle detta kontrolleras först i september år 2021 vilket medför eventuell utflytt runt december-januari i årsskiftet 21/22. För vidare förklaring, se Figur 2.

Du kan även yrka på en fri termin vilket innebär att du kan bo ytterligare ett halvår i din lägenhet även fast du ej studerar/uppnått studiekraven. Se Figur 3 och 4 för förklaring kring detta.

När du vill säga upp din lägenhet mailar du oss på Robutz och efter det blir du kontaktad elektroniskt för att verifiera att du vill flytta ut. Utflytt sker 3 månader från närmst kommande månadsskifte. Dvs om du säger upp din lägenhet 5e april kommer detta att räknas från och med den 1a maj och utflytt sker sista juli
Utanför huvudentrén slänger du dina hushållssopor som du öppnar med din lägenhetsnyckel. Glas, papper, metall, plast och tidningar hänvisar vi till kommunens återvinningscentraler, närmsta finns på Mellanbergsvägen 61. Tyvärr har vi ej kompost.
På vardagar ska det vara tyst mellan kl 22.00-08.00.
På helger ska det vara tyst mellan kl 24.00-10.00.
Alltså är det ok att föra ljud mellan 08.00-22.00 på vardagar och 10.00-24.00 på helger. Tänk dock på att inte försöka störa dina grannar allt för mycket!
Nej du behöver inte flytta ut om du är föräldraledig och inte klarar studiekravet/inte studerar. Hör av dig till oss så att vi vet detta!
Ja det är okej! Meddela dock dina grannar i förväg och se till att inte överskrida de allmänna tiderna för tystnad.
Man får röka i hörnet framför gymmet där det finns en askkopp.
All annanstans inom fastigheten är förbjuden att röka på.
Nej den är inte trasig. Fläkten är centralstyrd vilket innebär att den inte låter när man startar den.
Bostadens elcentral är belägen i hallen med automatsäkringar. Löser en säkring ut är det viktigt att alltid ta reda på orsaken innan säkringen slås på igen.
Säkringen måste i regel först tryckas ned i botten för att sedan kunna vändas upp som påslagen. Försöker du direkt att vända den så kan den slå tillbaka omedelbart eller bara inte fastna i uppställt läge.
Där sitter även jordfelsbrytaren som har till uppgift att bryta strömmen om ett jordfel uppstår i en teknisk apparat som därmed riskerar att bli strömförande. Samtliga eluttag, förutom kyl och frys är anslutna till jordfelsbrytaren.
Internet ingår med 1000/1000 Mbit i din hyra men för att få detta behöver du en router som du kopplar in till modemet i din hall. Eftersom mobiltäckningen är svag i huset pga isolering i väggar kan det vara bra om du ställer in din mobil på WIFI-samtal. Då fungerar allt i regel som vanligt när du är hemma.
Spisen har en barnspärr som är lätt att råka slå på. Om du försöker vrida på knappen efter att barnspärren har slått på så kan den gå sönder. För att slå av barnspärren måste du trycka in hela knappen och sedan vrida på den, se Figur 5 och 6.
Det beror antagligen på någon av dessa orsaker:
- Du har varit borta en längre tid och därmed har inget vatten spolats i varken ditt handfat, golvbrunn eller toalettstol. För att förhindra detta till nästa gång kan du be en anhörig eller granne att spola lite vatten i dessa.
- Du behöver rengöra golvbrunnen. Detta gör du genom att ta upp och tömma ”hinken” i avloppet på fett och hårrester.
- Vattenlåset i duschen kanske ej sitter ordentligt på plats vilket kan orsaka den dåliga lukten, se Figur 7. Detta kan du kontrollera genom att öppna gallret som på Figur 8 och se om vattenlåset är ordentligt nedtryckt. De kan vara svåra att trycka fast och om du ej lyckas kommer det att lukta.
Om det inte börjar lukta bättre inom några dagar efter att ha utfört/kontrollerat ovanstående saker kan du göra en felanmälan på vår hemsida.
Eftersom kontrollen av dina studier sker retroaktivt kommer du inte behöva flytta ut direkt efter att du har avslutat dina studier.
Om du tex tagit din examen under/studieavbrott efter VT20 och därmed klarat kontrollen i september kommer du inte bli uppsagd förrän i februari när vi gör en ny kontroll vilket medför utflytt i maj-juni år 2021. Se Figur nedan

Om du även yrkar på en fri termin och får den beviljad innebär det att du inte blir uppsagd förrän i september 2021 och därmed istället behöver flytta ut december-januari i årsskiftet 21/22. Se Figur 10 nedan för detta.
FAQ
Since these checks are made retroactive, you do not have to move out directly after finishing your studies or not fulfilled our requirements. Below, some examples for this are presented.
- If you do not succeed your studies during the autumn 2020, this would not be controlled until February which leads to eventual moving out in May-June 2021. For further explanation, see Figure 1.If you do not succeed your studies during the spring 2021, this would not be controlled until September which leads to eventual moving out around December 2021 or January 2022. For further explanation, see Figure 2.

Furthermore, you can ask for a ”free term” which means that you can stay in your apartment a semester extra without having to study or fulfill the requirements. See Figure 3 and 4 for explanation.

When you want to move out from your apartment, you have to mail us at Robutz and after that you will be contacted electronically to verify that you want to move out. The time for moving out is then 3 months from the first of the upcoming month. This means that for example, if you confirm that you will move out the 5th of April, this will be counted from the 1st of May and moving out date is the last date of July.
Outside the main entrance you can throw your household waste after opening with your apartment key. Glass, paper, metal and plastic you can throw in one of the city’s recycling center, closest is on Mellanbergsvägen 61. Unfortunately, we do not have compost.
On the weekdays, it has to be quiet between 22.00-08.00.
On weekends, it has to be quiet 24.00-10.00.
Therefore, it is okay to make sound during 08.00-22.00 on weekdays and 10.00-24.00 on the weekend. Think about not disturbing you neighbors too much!
No, you do not have to move out if you are on parental leave and does not study or fulfill our requirements for studies.

Yes, it is okay! Make sure to inform your neighbors in advance and make sure to not exceed the time when it has to be quiet.
You can smoke in the corner outside the gym where there is an ashtray.
It is not allowed to smoke any place else on the property.
No, it is not broken! It is not supposed to make sound.
The electrical central of the apartment is located in the hall with circuit fuse. If a fuse triggers it is important to always find the reason before the fuse is switched back on again. Here is also the rectifying current device located, which is meant to turn off the electricity if an earth-fault occurs in a technical device. All the electrical outlets, except the fridge and freezer are connected to the circuit breaker.
Internet is included with 1000/1000 Mbit in your rent but to get this you have to get a router which you connect to the modem in your hall. Since the mobile coverage is weak in the house because of the isolation in the walls, it is a good idea to turn your phone to WIFI-calls. Then everything should work as usual when you are home.
The stove has a child lock that is easy to turn on, the knob then ”pops” out which can be seen in Figure 5. To turn the knob after switching on the child lock, you have to push in the knob and at the same time turn it as in Figure 6, otherwise, it may break.
It is probably due to one of these reasons:
- You have been away for a long time and therefore not any water has been flushed in your sink, drain or toilet. To prevent this in the future, ask a neighbor or relative to do this for you when you are gone.
- You have to clean the drain. This you can do by lifting and emptying the bucket in the drain from grease and hair.
- The stench trap might not be fastened properly which can cause the bad odor, see Figure 7. You can control this by opening up the grid as in Figure 8 and see if it is entirely pushed down, this can be hard but has to be done.
Since these inspections are made retroactive, you do not have to move out directly after finishing your studies. For example:
- If you graduate or take a break from your studies after the spring of 2020 and therefore pass the check in September, but then do not study during the autumn which then gets controlled during February 2021, you will not have to move out until around May-June 2021. See Figure 9 for this.

If you also ask for a free semester and gets it approved, this will mean that you wouldn’t have to move out until December 2021 or January 2022. See Figure 10 below for this.

Think about that you can stay in your apartment for a maximum of 5 years.
